Digital Products: All Sales Are Final

 

All products sold by Dr. Harrington | ForensicPsych are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase. Because you receive immediate access to the files, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 

Trouble with your download?

If a file won't download, won't open, or appears damaged or incomplete, contact us at draubreeharrington@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and a short description of the issue, and we'll send you a working copy or resolve the problem.

 

Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you were charged twice for the same product, or accidentally bought a product you already own, email us with your order number and we'll review your request.
